These are pictures I took from a walk and a ride near the town of Karjaa (or Karis) in Southern Finland. The first pictures are from the village of Fiskari, which is located along the Fiskari River and is surrounded by nature and forests. The few last pictures are from the countryside nearby it.
Fiskari is a small village with some old buildings near the river. There is a path along the river from where some of the buildings and surrounding nature can be seen. The place looked very pretty in the early morning light when I walked along the river.
Since I had driven near this place previously, I knew there was some nice views of the countryside with some hilly areas and open fields. I tried to find places to stop with my car (normally I would use a bike but I forgot it home!) to take pictures, but it turned out that this was a bit difficult since the roads were narrow and there was more traffic that I had imagined. I did not end up taking much pictures of the countryside as I would have if I had my bike.
