Fields and River of Vaarjoki Nature Trail

The Vaarjoki Nature Trail near the town of Naantali in Western Finland goes through some fields and forest near the Vaarjoki River. I took these pictures there while walking through the trail in spring. In spring, the fields here are filled with the yellow tussilago flowers, which makes them look very pretty. The trail itself is easy to walk through and goes near some of the more urban areas near the edge of the town.

There are some forest areas with short trails next to the main trail, where there were also some spring flowers at this time.

The flowers on the fields appear quickly during spring and then disappear soon. I was here a bit late, so the fields were not as full as they were last year when I visited this place.
