The Koli National Park in Finland is a nature park with forested hills on the coast of the Lake Pielinen. There is a trail that goes on top of the hills around the park. I took the following pictures while walking from the Koli hill to the nearby Mäkrä hill along the trail. I had a camera with color film with me, the development of which unfortunately failed, so I only have these black-and-white pictures from the trip.

There is a nice view of the hills around Lake Pielinen from Koli hill. The Mäkrä hill is the first hill visible in the second picture below.

After the first nice views from the Koli hill, the trail decended to the forests.

The trail ascended up to the Mäkrä hill, from where the hills were again visible. The actual Koli hill is the hill at the very left in the first picture below.

It was forecasted that it would start raining at some point during the day, so I walked back to the Koli hill. When I left, more clouds had arrived over the hills.
